Need help, have a Raymond Phillips born: Oct. 22, 1912 in the County of Schulkill, Pa. On his birth certificate his parents are listed as Ralph Bierner age 23 and his mother,
Eura Phillips age 15. They were not married. Raymond lived with his grandparents: Charls Phillips & Ida Fyetta Reichert. Some time later Raymond changed his last name to Berner. Raymond's mother married later to a Charles Scheafer and second to a Dominico Geopasio. We would like any information on Ralph Bierner or any thing on Charles Phillps and Ida Reichert families. Please help if you can.
