Dear Lori,

Do you know a David Berner? He replied to my query about Otto F. Berner a few months ago, but in February of 2002 a virus destroyed my genealogy and all addressess. Therefore, I can't contact him.
He stated that Otto may be the 12th sibling of a Berner family. The only member of the family that moved to Los Angeles, CA. This is where Otto and his wife, Emma,(Davenport, Scott, IA)both died. Otto came from Germany, but I don't have much information on him. I think that his b/date is October 1858. His parents were August & Caroline Drymann Berner, both from Germany, but no info on them either. Otto was in the Army in Germany before he came to the US. Regards, Pat Morris in NV
