Recently found data on Bernard of Gaspe which connected your query and mine (10/24/98). This linked several branches already in my dBase, as apparently the Bernard in Gaspe 1800s were in Acadia first, probably relocated during The Deportation. The children I have listed for Andre Bernard b1620 and Andree Gouin are Jeanne 1643, Marie 1645, Nicolas 1662 and Rene 1663. I am descended through their son Rene m 1689 Madeleine Doucet. I'm still sorting out and linking everyone;however, I have info on several generations, e-mail me directly and I'll be happy to exchange/share data.
