Eugenia was born 16 Feb 1843 in Solbach, Alsace Lorraine, France. She married Alfred E. Hobbs. about 1862. They lived in LaSalle County, IL 1862-1889; in Battle Creek, MI 1889-1901; in Cullman, AL 1901-?. Alfred died 22 Feb 1912. Eugenia died 14 May 1935.
Children were: Dr. E.J. Hobbs, L. D. Hobbs, Byron Hobbs, Mrs. W. C. Henry of the Battle Creek MI area; E.C. Hobbs of Birmingham, AL and Mrs. D. C. Fuller of Cullman, AL.
