FOLLOW UP!!
We have been to the Brockton, MA library and to the city hall.
We searched the voter records at the city hall and do know that Lea D. Bernard lived on warren avenue in 1978. Also she lived on Highland Ave. in 1979-1980.
We also have an address on North Warren Ave, in Brockton. Not sure of the date.
We also found a picture of her from the BROCKTON HIGH SCHOOL year book. She graduated in 1973.
Also Philip's original middle name was Ray.
We will contu=inue searching til we find her!
Anyone else have any suggestions.
PLEASE HELP!
