I am descended from Margaret Bernard & Cpt. Daniel Gaines through their son Bernard.
I have that Margaret was born abt 1625, her parents were Francis Bernard II b. 1558 in Kingsthorpe, Eng. d.21 Nov 1630 & Mary Woodhouse daugther of Anthony Woodhouse of Glasswell, Eng.
Francis II was the son of Francis Bernard I, b. abt 1530 in Abington, Northamptonshire, England d. 1609 Eng. & Alice Hazelwood daughter of John Hazelwood.
Francis I was the son of John Bernard III b.abt 1495 Abingdon, Eng d. 1549 & Cicely Muscote daughter of John, Earl of Muscote.
John III was the son of John Bernard II b. abt 1469 d. abt 1509 & Margaret Daudelyn.
I may have more but will have to go into my database. I would like to get your history for my records also.
