I'm researching my family tree and have found this name from an old diary. She had been left an estate in Baton Rouge Louisiana by the Marquis de Monjuret. I don't think they were married as he had a wife Eleanor.Rosa was described as nearly blind and living with her sister. No dates but probably mid 1800's.
