Does anyone have info on The Bermudez family

I'm originally from Santiago in the Dominican Republic, where the Bermudez family has rum distilleries and is like the Kennedys. Oddly enough I can't seem to get any info from them on my relatives there. If any one has any info, I'd love hearing about it. My father, Miguel Angel, recently passed away and I had no contact with him in about 20 years.
