Hi Cathy:We may have had some dialogue already about Bermuda Munros--but I keep searching.I noticed for the first time your gg-grandfather married a gal named Mary Jane Tucker.Anecdotal history in our Munro clan has it that Henry Munro married Eleanora Tucker at Tucker's Tavern. We have never been able to find anything to corroborate that and I wonder if our John Henry Munro (it was his anecdotal family tree) made a mistake and confused our Henry (who emigrated to the U.S.) with one of our Munros that went off to Bermuda. Our info is that George Munro of our clan (from Inverness) went to Bermuda. But your mention of Tucker is intriguing. Is there a 'Tucker's Tavern' in Bermuda?
One more thing:I have recently posted a new website munrofamilyhistory.com which you would find interesting. You may be able to make some connections from it.
kind regards,
George Pratt (ggg-grandson of John and Isabella of Inverness and Canada)
