Dear Researcher
I have checked the British Census for you and there is no Howard listed from 1841 through to 1911.
There is a Frederick with Mother Ann and sister Anne, Father Stephen. Frederick was not listed in further
census so it is possible that he is your missing link. I have found and listed all the OUTERBRIDGE names
found in the various census who were born in Bermuda or Newfoundland. It is not a very common name so it
is possible that there are family links to these people.
