Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
By the way, there is much confusion about the name of Hannah Jadwyn's husband. William Zuill, a prominent Bermudian researcher, identified him as "Philip", an error which has been repeated in Julia Mercer's book "Bermuda settlers of the 17th century." Hannah's husband was deffinitely named Thomas. Hannah and Thomas had a son named Thomas who left a Bermuda will dated 1688. Zuill, and Mercer, state that this will mentions a son named Edward. I have a photocopy of the will, from the Bermuda Archives, and there is no mention of an Edward. I have posted early Bermuda Dunscombe wills, along with the 1705 Samuel Dunscombe affidavit, on the Bermuda Genealogy & History web site (http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~bmuwgw/bermuda.htm)
