I feel quite rude for not having replied to this, which I just came across again by chance - I had completely forgotten about it.

I have had quite a lot of information from Bermudans about the Ingham family, but much of the earlier stuff is not conclusive, as there were so many of such similar names. However, I think that I have got the Samuel Saltus Inghams sorted out. It is the various Johns who precede them that are the problem. I have a hand-written tree which I got from somewhere (I can't remember) which I could email to you. Please feel free to look at my website www.whobegatwhom which shows most of what I have gleaned. Have you found out more about the Ingham family recently?

Best wishes,

Philip Wilson
