I am trying to research a Michael Hall convicted in Galway in 1847 and sent on the Medway to Bermuda on 26 Mar 1847. I live in Australia and have no idea how to research this one. I know that Michael was already married to a Susan, maiden name unknown who was transported to Australia in May of 1848. Tragically I think she thought he went to Australia too but he didn't. Any information greatly appreciated.
