Were your Todds in NC also and perhaps of the Mariner profession? I can't find my notes on this at the moment but I THINK I had a JOHN TODD as a witness in a family wedding, a MIDDLETON/MCDONALD marriage 1833.The other I already mentioned, Aaron on Brunswick @ 1820. Not to familiar with Bermuda researching. My MCDONALDS were Pikots and Blockade runners running tween Charleston, Wilmington and Bermudas.
