Disney, I am researcing the Todds, Rivers and likely the Mallorys of James Island, SC. To my limited working knowledge there seems to be no solid link found between the Chesterfield Co., SC and the Charleston ( James Island) SC Royals or Rivers. Names seem to be in-common. If you have other data I would be glad to share ( as I would with all researchers - and I admit errors) Lou Gage. PS I grew up on James Island, SC where my Rivers had in the past held large land holdings.
