R.D.W. Parker, birth of a son in Hamilton, Bermuda, December 2, 1903.

Dr. R.D.W. Parker is named as the father-in-law of William Burrows, who died in Kingston, Ontario, on February 18, 1910, leaving 6 daughters and a son. His wife predeceased him 13 years ago.
William Burrows was born in Liverpool, son of Thomas Burrows, grandson of William A. Burrows, an officer in the Royal Navy, who served under Nelson. He came to Canada in the early days, to Montreal, then to Kingston, and was Government Inspector of Gas, and collector of Canal Tolls in the Kingston area.
