Hello from Bermuda.
In a book entitled 'Early Bermuda Records' compiled from the various church registes by Hallett.
page 387
FOX, Ann - father aberdeen, mother, Hannah - was baptised on Oct. 4, 1812 - Minister Holliday, comment: coloured.

This couple also had a child called:
FOX, Belinda who was baptised the same day. These two girls could have been twins, however, it does not say this or they could have been baptised as older children on the same day. There is no birth date for either.

That is the only Ann FOX I can find.
Note that birth registration was not done until abt. 1866. So you were only recorded if you were baptised, married or buried - ie church records.
Sorry,
Judy in Bermuda.
books checked:
Bermuda Settlers of the 17th Centry by Julia E. Mercer.
Bermuda Index - by Hallett (taken from old newspapers).
