There is actually a lot of information available on Early Bermuda settlors - there have been a fair number of books published and the Bermuda Archives have a lot of information. There have been lists published of early Bermuda Will and Church Records from the early 1600's to approx 1900. The best web based resource I have found is http://www.rootsweb.com/~bmuwgw/bermuda.htm I am not sure if you are looking for specific references to "Stokes" but there a couple: Jonathan Stokes: - ref to wife Mary in will of Robert Kestaven Sn. - 1660 Jonathan Stokes: - bequest in will of Agnes Richards 1705 Mary Stokes: - Niece of Stepehen Paynter - 1659 Notify Administrator about this message?
