John Bergman (born Jon Jonsson) born December 25, 1861, married Johanna Klockars (Klocker, Clocker) born February 13, 1861 in Finland. Emigrated to Newberry, Michigan in 1883 where they had the following children:
John William born Aug 19, 1883 died December 22, 1963 in Los Angeles California, married Adeline M
Herman Julius born April 19, 1885 died Los Angeles California June 10, 1962 married Thelma M
Johanna (Ina) born April 03, 1887 died March 09, 1959 Los Angeles California married John James LeGraffe
Frank born April 1889 died in Minnesota married Olga
Clara born January 1891 died June 01, 1964 in Wisconsin married Raymond Ebner and William Edward Smith
Ida born January 01, 1893 died December 13, 1981 Los Angeles California married Thomas E Barnes and Mr. Teller
The family then moved to Duluth Minnesota. Johanna died there February 24, 1910 of Tuberculois. John Bergman then bought land in Tennessee, moved there and married Lula Dora. John died about 1925 in Grundy County Tennessee.
Possible descendents of this family are Virginia Bergman, James Bergman and Murial Ebner.
