OBITUARY:
Connie Jolene Quimby, 44, died July 1, 1994, at Central Kansas Medical Center - St. Joseph Campus, Larned. Born December 20, 1949, she was the daughter of Leonard A. and Alice Meeker Berglund. A lifetime resident of Larned, she was a Mental Health Aid. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Larned. On November 4, 1968, she married E. Dean Quimby at Newkirk, Oklahoma. He survives. Other survivors include: her mother, Alice Berglund, Larned; one brother, LeRoy Berglund, Larned. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral service was held this mornign at 10:30 a.m. at the Morell Funeral Home, Larned, with Rev. Phil Fischer presiding. Burial was in the Larned Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
