Father Hebert's South Louisiana Records lists :
Charles Joseph Bergeron, b. 28-8-1886
Father: Arthur Bergeron
Mother: Louise Chappuis
Citation: St.Joseph's of Thibodaux, v.7, pg.36
Don't know if this is the one you're looking for, but hope it helps. There are two other Charles' listed with no middle name.
