Wow, I haven't been here in years. I am related to Bergeron's in Franklin, NH. I found a Judy Bergeron - Bergeron by marriage. My father (Robert) father was Henri O. Bergeron married to Muriel _______. Henri was born in Franklin also. HIS father and mother emigrated from Quebec to Franklin - I have copies of the naturalization papers. They are Joseph Genereux Bergeron b. 1879 who was married to Eugenia Montambault b. 1880. Joseph's parents were Pierre Bergeron and Salome Robichaud who married in 1878. Eugenia's parents were Clovis Montambault who married Clarisse Legare.

That's where the tree gets tricky. As I do my research, many frenchies anglisized their names. There are way too many Joseph's, Pierre's and Jean Pierre's - that is what makes it so difficult. I am now divorced and no longer use my married name of Agosta and am proud to use Bergeron again.
