Bergeron/Bashaw and war of 1812
Posted by: Laurie Bashaw Date: January 31, 1999 at 18:04:39

Since I posted my last message, I have learned that the person's name was Cyrille (or Sorrel) Bashaw. Cyrille's father was Joseph Bergeron and he (Joseph) fought for the British in the war of 1812 in the battle of Plattsburgh. After the war he settled in NY and later came to Marquette, MI. I need help with Joseph, parents, wife, dates??
Thanks
