There was another family in chicago I have on my line...
Caroline Hart, born England, came over in early 1850's..settled in chicago with her father Solomon Hart,
CAROLINE...married "Henery C .,Myers" in SanGamon Ill, 12/14/1882....vol 005, page #0423, marriage index.
They had a daughter Rosina married a Greenberg the Greenberg's had a Adopted Daughter who married Nate Deloo purchasing agent for the chicago School board under bill Tompson, The Mayor.
Nathan Green moved to Chicago bought up a whole block of brick houses on west adam Street..he lived in one till his wife died he lived there with his Daughter Frances and her husband Emil Beger.
keep in mind Nathan Green was born in Amsterdam Holland in 1828, so in 1922 he was 94...
Nathan Green learned Cigar making by "Moses Gompers".. father of the late Samuel Gompers Founder of the Americian Federation of labour A.F.L
Nathan Green his Business was wipped out in the great fire of 1878 in Saint John NB Canadabut was back in busniess 48 hrs later I think it was later in 1888 that he moved to Chicago at age he(60) he died in Chicago in 1922 at 94 yrs old.
