Edith:

Just ran across your posting to Berger Fam'Gen Forum. My husband's maternal gr'gr'parents were from Prussia & were 1st found on Morrison, Gasconade Co, Mo Census as Michael ( b. Prussia 1820) & Christina (b Prussia 1927) Buerger w/5 children, Frederich(k) Fritz (b. Prussia 1844). August (b. Prussia 1848), Emily (b. Prussia 1860), Augusta (b. Prussia 1863), & Anna (b. MO. 1970), 3mos of age. Re' 1880 Census,Cristina not listed, Fred'F. m. to Ellen Bromley w/3 children, Bertha (b. 1872), Michael(b. 1876) & Louise (b.1878). There were 8 children total. I have names, dates & spouses of 6 w/photos of grave-stones, bur' in Saline County, MO under the surname Berger. I have no further info of Fred'F.s parents/sib's after 1870 or before.
They may have come thru PA>KY>VA.enroute to MO. Any info you might have re' any/all the above would be deeply appreciated.
