My ggggrandfather - Johann Heinrich Berger (DOB 12-14-1815) immigrated from Germany with his wife and 5 small children in about 1847. I am trying to track down information on his two siblings Anne Catherine Iisabein Berger (DoB 12-26-1821) and Herman Heinrich Berger (DoB 12-11-1814) who stayed in Germany. Johann settled in Missouri and had 11 children.
If anyone can help me connect my Geneology over the Atlantic, it would be appreciated. I was informed Johann served as a Prussia soldier, but I have not be able to confirm the info. Anyoneone know where to find Prussia military info????
