Obituary - Minette Elizabeth Berger Koeln

Minette Elizabeth Koeln, 96, of Farmington (MO, USA) died April 22, 2007 at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington. She was born May 18, 1910 in St. Louis, a daughter of William and Amelia (Sternschuss) Berger.

On November 9, 1935 in St. Louis, she was united in marriage to Norman Koeln who preceded her in death on March 31, 1997.

Mrs. Koeln was also preceded in death by one brother, William Berger; and three sisters, Ann Horsefield, Amelia Wiley and Elenaor Reichert.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Koeln of Centerville and David Keoln of Jennings.

She had three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Mrs. Koeln worked as a bookkeeper for different businesses during her life. She had last worked for Normandy Junior High School District before retiring.

She enjoyed reading and embroidery. Mrs. Koeln was a member of Faith-Salem United Church of Christ in Ferguson.

A private memorial service may be held at a later date. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home of Fredericktown, Missouri. www.wilson-funeral-home.com
