I have a studio photograph of Melvin E. Berg, born about 1921, which I would like to get back in the hands of family members. Photo was taken in Bloomington (McLean Co.) IL, and shows Melvin at about age 3. The 1930 census shows Melvin E. Berg with his parents in Rockford (Winnebago Co.) IL, as age 9 Parents are Carl(46) and Esther (40).
