As told to Lia Hood, Bristol, IN, by her uncle Judah Trowbridge, 8/12/1999: Judah knew Ed & Ida Berg. He was a RR man, came to Burbon, IN from Sweden. His name was OLSENBERG originally. Had a bro. Carl living in Bourbon. Carl buried Mt. Pleasant Cem., Bourbon Twp., Marshall Co. IN. Ed & Ida lived in Inwood IN across from the church. re: Plymouth Republican 2/28/1895: Edward arrived in NY 6/1888. Sworn allegiance 10/23/1890.
