I wonder if my Mary Beresford was a great aunt or aunt of your Mary B? I do not know if my Mary B had brothers, but it sure is possible. It is possible your Mary B was named after my Mary B. Of course, there were lots of everybody with common names in NI back then, but it is a possibility. Look at the first post in this series and there is some info on her.
