My great grandparents are Henry J Cooke and Mary Beresford who lived at Boom Hall, Londonderry, Ireland, just north of the city on the west bank of the River Foyle. They lived there certainly until 1925 when my mother was born. I have been told Henry Cooke was a shipping magnate.
Does anyone have any info on Mary B or on her forbears?
