Beresfords in Scotland 1870s

I have Margaret Berriesford (later Beresford) married to James Harrison in 1873 in Milton, Glasgow. Their son John James Harrison was my g.grandfather. Beresford is a very rare name in Scotland and I believe Margaret was born in Ireland around 1850ish. Her parents' names, according to her marriage certificate were William Beresford and Mary McGinlay. If anyone has any information on these people - or can even give me a clue please contact me.
