I may have some related information for you on Richard Beresford (born 1791, Derbyshire, England), who was in the 1830 and 1840 census for Hamilton County, Cincinnatti. Our Richard Beresford, who was married to Catherine Wunder and then to Caroline Evans, was a pork packer in Cincinnati, Ohio. He had 12 chilren: Susan, William, Elizabeth, Catherine, Sara, Cora, Annie, Dolly and Samuel (by Catherine) and Richard, John, Jeanne Sarah Beresford (also known as Sallie)(by Caroline).
Richard was the son of Samuel Beresford and ?
There are burial plots in the Spring Grove Cemetary in Cincinnati, Ohio. The males listed in the plot are Joseph C. Bereford, Willie G. Beresford, several Samuel Beresfords, Francis J. Bereford, Harry Bonte Beresford, John Beresford, several Richard Beresfords, Cornelius Keating, Edward T. Beresford, Maurice M. Beresford, Albert Bloomfield, Thomas R.
