Hi Denise - I'm sorry I am not going to be much help. I have not learned what ship my Bentz family traveled on. There is some indications (and again I have nothing to support this information) that they arrived through Baltimore in 1885.
The names you listed are common names my Bentz people used in their families. I do have the "Nies" surname in my files but the connection is to the "Opbroek" surname.
Did your Bentz family come from Neudorf? If so, my research indicates that Bentz's from this community were kinfolk.
I would be interested in any Bentz clues associated with the above information.
