I received new info from church records that indicate that my grandfather John BENCE was born Johannes BENZ Dec. 11,1862, Pittsfield, MA. His parents were Heinrich and Catherine (HODECKER) BENZ, married in Lebanon Springs, NY date unknown. I would appreciate any info on this family and would share data that I have.
