Hello Edward,
It's great hearing from you again. I was born and raised in Mandeville, Jamaica. My father Vaughn Stanley Bent was born and raised in Southfield, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. His father was Edward Bent & his mother was Fanny Bent. Many Bent family members migrated from Jamaica to San Andres Island, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Belize, Cayman Islands, USA, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe. Some even returned to Scotland. There was a Matthew Bent, my grand uncle from Top Hill, St Elizabeth, Jamaica who had more than 50 children with numerous women. The Bents are related to the Parchments, Ebanks, Powells, Westons, Hudsons and others. The Bents also live in other areas of Jamaica.
