1870 census for District 15, Warren Co, TN:

BENSON, David F. age 39 b. SC occ: Farmer
Temperance age 30 b. NC
GREEN, James Y. age 3 b. NC

David, age 25, is in Buncombe Co. in the 1860 census, but I can only see the index, not the actual census. He's on page 57, family 372. Also listed on that page and in that family:
BENSON, Alexander age 68 b. SC
Martha age 67 b. NC
Sol age 20 b. SC
