As a hobby, I rescue old photos that have identification on them. I obtained one from an auction of a young lady, probably taken in the early 1900s-possibly late 1800s.
Her hair is shorter, and curly-not a flapper kind of short. It was taken in New York City. On the back is written, Nellie Benson.
