I don't have a lot of information - and I don't know if the following family was in the area you mentioned: But there was a Thomas Benson, b. 1765 give or take, whose children were Jefferson Beall, Benjamin Beall, Jonathan Beall, Thomas Beall, Catherine, Ann, Sarah, Ruthann. Sarah married Henry Warren Talbott July 18, 1812 - the latter my ancestors.
