BENNET BENSON/WILLIAM BARDEN JR. MAR DATE PLACE?

I am seeking the marriage date and place of Bennet Benson, born 10 September 1698 at Rochester, Plymouth county, MA, daughter of John Benson III and Elizabeth Briggs, and William Barden Jr., bc 1681-85, son of William Barden Sr. and Deborah Barker of Middleboro, MA

I am pretty sure they did marry and had at least one child: Elizabeth Barden, born 16 December 1723 at Scituate, MA. Elizabeth married Joseph Parker 2nd ca 1741 perhaps in Plymouth county, or Worcester county because Elizabeth and Joseph Parker lived at Douglas, Worc. MA prior to settling into the Shaker Community at Enfield, CT, in old age.
