Seeking information on Zillah (prob. Zillah Marsh, said to be d/o Thomas Marsh and Hannah Fairbanks), who m. David BENSON on 25 Nov 1779 in Sturbridge, Worcester Co., MA. Also, trying to document the parents of this David BENSON, who was b. 1757, and d. 8 March 1847. He was named in Will of his grandfather, Joseph, but whose son was he? Please E-Mail me any clues.
