Looking for descendants of John Thomas Benson b. 28 Jan 1866 in Grant(?) Co., KY to Zachary and Catharine Rennecker Benson. First married Elizabeth Katie Lafferty in 1897, but she died in 1901. Later relocated to Oakland California area, married a German lady (widow?) by name of Therese E. in 1903. He adopted(?) her two daughters, born in late 1890's: Hazel and Violet, both born in CA. Census report in 1910 used Benson family name for the girls.
