I have a date for you, but not the place. According to Fernand Boucher's data base, they were married 06/28/1896. It was definitely not in Mont-Saint-Gregoire, because the family had moved away by then. Three of Eliza's siblings were married in Saint-Armand, Missisquoi county, between 1886 and 1888 (I looked this up myself, and Eliza was not married there). Also according to Fernand Boucher, Eliza's father died in Fall River, Massachusetts, 06/02/1886, so it is possible that that is where she was married.
