I am looking for the family of Joseph Bennett Sr. Born 1767 possibly England, and married to a Lady of Title in 1803. There was 3 children born of this union, the eldest being Joseph Jr. in 1805. Other 2 children unknown. Joseph Sr. was a colonel in the British Army. The lady of title died in 1810.
Joseph Jr. married Elizabeth Collins in 1832-ish...they left England and ended up eventually in Canada, Essex County, Ontario. They had 9 children.
I am looking for info on Joseph Jr.'s birth mother (Lady of Title) and his father's lineage. Any info would be great.
