Can anyone "identify" this Richard Bennett who owned land in Orange Co., VA in 1744, per the following entry in RootsWeb World Connect?

A Mary Bennett in Orange Co., VA (her relationship to Richard is not known by me, but they were almost certainly "connected" in some close way) married her neighbor Richard Crittenden Webb, and I note that the father of this Richard C. Webb, named William Warren Webb, was born in Isle of Wight Co., VA in 1699 (as I recall). Maybe some members of the Bennett family from Isle of Wight Co., VA migrated to the Spotsylvania/Orange Co., VA area with some of the members of this Webb family. Comments? Thanks.
