I don't know about a Valentine Benner but I am Sharon Benner and I was born on March 9th!! Pretty interesting. I do have an ancestor g g grandmother maybe that was Henrietta Teachout Benner and was from (phonetically) Ki a hoe ga County in Ohio.

My aunt is sending me more history. If I see anything suspect, I will post again.
