Just looking at a little history. I have heard that a lot of Benner's are from PA. I don't know anything other than my grandfater is Aaron Benner and was born in Covert MI in about 1904 ish.

His maternal mother or grandmother was named Trumbauer and was from Trumbauersville, PA. There was also a Henrietta Teachout Benner in there too.
