The book "THE PALATINE FAMILIES OF IRELAND by
Henry Z. Jones,Picton Press,Camden,ME, 1990, contains info on the Benners on pages 14&15.
There appears to be MUCH good info on the EARLY Henry Benner's of Ireland.It may provide a good lead to your Henry.It also gives reference to a book"COUNTY KERRY:PAST AND PRESENT,by Jeremiah King which makes mention of the family in some detail:

"The parish registers of Tralee and Ratass
contain many entries on the BENNER family beginning in 1787 and should be examined further"

Carlsbad,CA library has a copy of this book and I'm sure that for a couple of bucks and a SASE they would send you a xerox of those pages.
