1753-HENRY BENNER and "cousin"DANIEL BENNER in Coventry Twp.,Chester Co.,PA
1754-Henry Benner = Elizabeth ECKER,widow of Christopher Ecker,and dau of Jacob STAGER
1765-2nd son,CHRISTIAN BENNER b. to Henry and Elizabeth.
1767-Family included Elizabeth=1st born;Henry,the eldest son;Barbara,second dau.& Christian.
1767-Daniel BENNER died leaving widow Margeret and two sons,Daniel & Jacob.
1767-Christian BENNER a single man in Coventry in 1765,died intestate,leaving widow Margeret and two small children,Henry and Christian.May have been another "cousin" to Henry.
6 March 1777-Elizabeth Stager Ecker,wife of Henry, died and buried in East Coventry Cemetery.
1789- Henry in 65th year.Barbara,a dau, wife of Henry GRUBB.
8 Oct. 1793- Henry died and buried E. Coventry cemetery but NOT next to wife.
Issue of HENRY BENNER & ELIZABETH STAGER:
i.Elizabeth,b.ca 6 May 1755;d.14 Aug. 1802 Coventry;m. 19 April 1774-Philip HOFFECKER(1746-1795)-7 children.
ii.Henry,b. 31 July 1758;d. intestate 4 Sept. 1818;m.<1783 Elizabeth HAAS(1761-1844).
