Mother Eva Benner Grandfather John Rutledge Benner, Great Grandfather Seth Benner, He was born Nov11, 1816, Vincent Twp. Chester Co. Pa. His father John Benner Sr. born Vincent Twp. 1747, His wife Nancy Watts. also of Vincent Twn. Chester Co. My GreatGrandfatherhad several brothers and sister Elizabeth, Miles, George, Mary, I have other names. My Granfather had a sister Julia, Evaline,Brother Miles,killed in the Civil War. age 22. another brother George,my Great Grandmother was Mary Cadwallader, My Grandfather Seth died in 1877. He was a Volenteer in the Pa. Union Army, I have his service record. Miles his son was killed in the civil war. I have information from my Greatgrandmother filing for Widows Pension. My Grandfather John was 12 Yrs. old when the Civil war started. He also had a younger sister Jennie Miles Benner. His Sister Julia was married to a Matthew Johnson. They lived in Harrisburg Dalphun Co. Pa. Seth died there as well a Mary his wife. Julia Benner Johnson had several sons, Benner Johnson. Charles Johnson, Stephen, Johnson, Joseph, and a daughter Julia, Johnson. Benner Johnson was their oldest son. B.D about 1870 in Harrisburg. Pa.
